My experience with Cascade Chimney Sweep has been remarkable!

I have owned my home for 17 yrs now and every time I have had a Chimney cleaning from (brand x) they came in, swiped the chimney once or twice with a brush and left. That is how I thought it was done!

I got a flyer in my door in October from Cascade Chimney Sweeps, and I thought “What the heck I’m ready to try someone local that might give a darn about me”

So I called them. I was immediately met with a very nice person who asked some questions about my needs and concerns. I had some cracked bricks inside the fireplace wanted those repaired as well as a cleaning.

I was so surprised with Daemon - Cascade Chimney Sweeps. He came into my home, carefully covered my furniture and literally scrubbed the fireplace and chimney. Using a high powered vacuum, there was no mess at all! He told me what needed to be done and I scheduled an appointment the following Saturday for fireplace repair. I want to mention the “cleaning” cost less than half of the previous “brand X” charged.

On Saturday, he came in, covered all my furniture and chairs then “Jack-hammered” the entire back wall of my fireplace. He skillfully mastered the bricks to their curved position (a true mason) and used a high power, yet surprising quiet, vacuum to keep the dust down. He took the old broken bricks with him and the house was clean when he left.

I am pretty “persnickety” when it comes to my home. I now have a regular annual schedule with Cascade Chimney Sweeps as a direct result of the great customer service and care they provided. Daemon even did a follow up call to make sure I was happy!

I will recommend them to anyone who anyone who needs chimney/fireplace care or masonry work done for their home. If you Love your home like I Love mine, get someone who really cares, Cascade Chimney Sweeps!
